ConServ 100 Flexible
Epoxy Consolidant is a non-structural, flexible,slow curing,
very low viscosity epoxy system designed for saturating and
encapsulating soft, decayed and charred wood. ConServ 100
is used for stabilizing decayed wood elements such as window
and door sills, sash, jambs, trim, siding, porch elements,
stairs, framing, and log and timber elements. Use as a stabilizing
primer for ConServ 200 Flexible Epoxy Patch.
ConServ 200 Flexible
Epoxy Patch is a non-structural, flexible, epoxy system
for filling cavities, voids and surface imperfections in wood.
The patching filler has the consistency of a hard rubber ball.ConServ
200 is flexible enough to withstand the ongoing expansion
and contraction of the wood. It is easily tooled, carved,
planed, drilled and sanded. It will even accept nails and
screw fasteners and can be painted or stained. This material
is often used on window and door elements, railings and balustrades,
trim and siding, logs and timbers and ornamental components.
ConServ 500 Epoxy
Adhesive is a two part epoxy system with a paste-like
consistency. It is a structural adhesive designed to attach
wood to fiberglass rods and wood to wood. This system is most
often applied in applications using rebar to create new structural
joints between broken or decayed components and new wood components.
Typical uses are attaching log crowns, rafter ends, log facings,
timber frame joints, viga and purlin splices, etc.
ConServ 600 Structural
Epoxy Repair is a high strength, low viscosity, multipurpose
epoxy system for casting, making structural repairs and for
structural consolidation and stabilization. The systems
versatility is enhanced during casting applications by using
sand and or fine aggregate as an additive to stretch the epoxy
while improving the performance.
ConServ 800 Fiberglas
Rebar is a structural spiral wrapped fiberglass reinforcing
rod which is corrosion resistant, non-conductive and lightweight
while it is one-fourth the weight of steel rebar. It
more closely matches the characteristics of wood for modulus
of elasticity, expansion and contraction, and condensation
than does typical steel reinforcing rod.

Wood Repair Epoxy Putty. QuikWood® is a hand-mixable,
non-shrinking, filled epoxy putty which when cured becomes
an integral part of the wooden item being repaired, rebuilt,
or restored. One hour after mixing, QuikWood® can be drilled,
sawed, sanded, filed, tapped, machined, or painted. It comes
in a handy, 2 oz. "tootsie roll" form with the curing
agent encapsulated in the contrasting color base material.
The putty-like consistency eliminates drips and runs, providing
"no mess" applications with no tools required for
